Chef Improvvisato è progettata per raccogliere il minimo indispensabile:
• Chiave API Groq: la chiave personale che inserisci al primo avvio viene salvata in forma cifrata solo sul tuo telefono (tramite il sistema di storage sicuro del sistema operativo). Non viene mai salvata sui nostri server.
• Ingredienti e preferenze inserite: quando generi una ricetta, il testo che scrivi (ingredienti, tipo di piatto, tempo, livello) viene inviato al nostro backend, che lo inoltra a Groq per generare la ricetta, e restituisce il risultato alla app. Il backend non salva questi dati: la richiesta viene elaborata e scartata.
• Preferenze dell'app (tema chiaro/scuro, lingua): restano salvate solo sul tuo telefono, non vengono mai trasmesse.
L'app non richiede la creazione di un account, non chiede email o dati anagrafici, non accede a fotocamera, posizione, contatti o galleria, e non contiene strumenti di analisi del comportamento o pubblicità.
Per generare le ricette, il contenuto che scrivi viene inviato a due soggetti terzi che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:
• Groq, Inc. — elabora il testo per generare la ricetta. Consulta la loro informativa privacy su groq.com.
• Vercel Inc. — ospita il nostro backend, che funge da intermediario tecnico verso Groq. Consulta la loro informativa privacy su vercel.com.
Questi servizi potrebbero trattare i dati su server situati fuori dall'Unione Europea (Stati Uniti); ti invitiamo a consultare le rispettive informative per i dettagli sulle garanzie adottate per il trasferimento internazionale dei dati.
Non vendiamo né condividiamo i tuoi dati con terzi per scopi pubblicitari.
Il trattamento dei dati necessari a generare le ricette si basa sull'esecuzione di un servizio richiesto dall'utente (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Nessun dato viene trattato per finalità di profilazione o marketing.
La chiave API e le preferenze restano sul tuo dispositivo finché non le modifichi o disinstalli l'app. Il backend non conserva le richieste inviate: ogni chiamata viene elaborata e scartata immediatamente dopo la risposta.
In quanto interessato puoi esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione previsti dal GDPR. Dato che quasi tutti i dati restano sul tuo telefono, puoi esercitare la cancellazione semplicemente rimuovendo la chiave dalle Impostazioni o disinstallando l'app. Hai inoltre diritto a proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità di controllo del tuo Paese.
L'app non è destinata a un pubblico specifico di minori e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori di 16 anni.

Chef Improvvisato is designed to collect the bare minimum:
• Groq API key: the personal key you enter on first launch is saved in encrypted form only on your phone (via the operating system's secure storage). It is never saved on our servers.
• Ingredients and preferences you enter: when you generate a recipe, the text you write (ingredients, dish type, time, level) is sent to our backend, which forwards it to Groq to generate the recipe and returns the result to the app. The backend does not store this data: each request is processed and discarded.
• App preferences (light/dark theme, language): stay saved only on your phone, never transmitted anywhere.
The app does not require account creation, does not ask for email or personal details, does not access the camera, location, contacts or photo library, and contains no behavioural analytics or advertising tools.
To generate recipes, the content you write is sent to two third parties acting as data processors:
• Groq, Inc. — processes the text to generate the recipe. See their privacy policy at groq.com.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts our backend, which acts as a technical intermediary to Groq. See their privacy policy at vercel.com.
These services may process data on servers located outside the European Union (United States); please refer to their respective policies for details on the safeguards used for international data transfers.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Processing of the data needed to generate recipes is based on the performance of a service requested by the user (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). No data is processed for profiling or marketing purposes.
The API key and preferences remain on your device until you change them or uninstall the app. The backend does not retain submitted requests: each call is processed and discarded immediately after the response.
As a data subject you can exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection provided by the GDPR. Since almost all data stays on your phone, you can exercise erasure simply by removing the key from Settings or uninstalling the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
